Cigar Box Guitars

The cigar box guitar emerged in the 1840's in America.  These simple instruments were original built with the plentiful cigar box and whatever else could be found.  Todays CBG harkens back to a simpler time but with the added kick of modern electronics. When connected to an amp, these little beauties can really make some noise!

Fat Bottom Betty CBG.  This not the girl you take home to mother!! Vintaged oak neck, gold hardware and a powerful humbucker all come together to give this little CBG a huge roar.

This customer wanted a CBG that looked as if it was picked up out of the trenches of WW I.  This guitar is heavily relied to look as if it is 100 years old, but has the rocking power of a single coil under its 3 strings.
